Born and raised in Escondido, California, Joseph Cardoza recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and he strives every day to exceed their expectations. Before real estate, he had a successful 12-year career as an office manager, a job that taught him leadership skills, as well as the value of customer service.

Joseph strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and to bring excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by listening and communicating effectively.

Joseph also does his part to give back to his community. He loves coaching and helping the youth in sports, especially soccer. A devoted man of faith, Joseph is a regular at his local church. He also volunteers as a guest speaker for the RESPECT Project, a program developed by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department that provides at-risk youth with positive alternatives to drugs, gangs, and crime.

Joseph enjoys spending time with his friends and family, especially his wife and two young sons. He loves watching his boys play soccer, and he enjoys the beach, camping, and off-roading in the Glamis Sand Dunes with family and friends. It’s Joseph’s belief that by being deeply committed to his family and faith, he can be of better service to others.
